This Privacy Policy applies to the Lineworx web application, iPad application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Lineworx, LLC (“Lineworx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).   • Project and Work Data: Information you enter about utility poles (including pole names, pole IDs, line names, line IDs, locations, GPS coordinates), project details, task assignments, material specifications and quantities, crew assignments, work progress updates, and material usage reports.
  • Documents: Safety documents, legal documents, permits, and other files you upload to the Service (such as NRA documents, Digsafe documents, maintenance records, spec sheets, and safety protocols).
  • Images and Photos: Photographs taken by field crews and uploaded through the Service.
  • Notes and Communications: Notes, comments, messages, and other communications created within the Service by project managers, foremen, and crew members.
  • Payment Information: When you purchase a subscription, we collect payment card information (processed by our third-party payment processor) and billing address.
  • Customer Support: Information you provide when you contact us for customer support or technical assistance.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use our Service, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Usage Information: Information about how you use the Service, including features accessed, pages viewed, actions taken, time and frequency of use, and session duration.

The Service is designed to enable collaboration within your organization. Your project data, work information, documents, images, and communications may be accessible to other authorized users within your organization’s account, including project managers, foremen, and crew members, as determined by your organization’s access controls and permissions.

3.2 Service Providers

We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as:

  • Cloud hosting and data storage providers
  • Payment processing services
  • Email delivery services
  • Analytics providers
  • Customer support and communication tools

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us and are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.

3.3 Legal Requirements and Protection

9. EXTERNAL DATA STORAGE

We store your data on servers provided by third-party cloud hosting vendors with whom we have contracted. These vendors are required to maintain appropriate security measures and comply with applicable data protection requirements. All of our hosting infrastructure is located in the United States.
